Elaine was born and raised in Gowanda, in western New York. She and her husband celebrate 25 years of marriage this year.
She has two sons and four stepchildren. Together, she and her husband have 18 grandchildren ranging in age from 26 to 5 months.
Elaine has recently retired with almost 34 years for the State of New York in numerous correctional facilities. Now that she’s retired
she hopes to travel some, organize her home and do “crafty things”.
